Lazy Sunday!!

Hello all!! I am trying to be productive today!! I promise!! I woke up this afternoon with a huge appetite and decided to bake off my White Pizza's. Last night before going to bed I decided to roll out the pizza dough and put them on a sheet pan with olive oil. I also rubbed the top of the dough with olive oil and wrapped the pan with plastic wrap. I pulled out the dough about 30 minutes before baking to come to room temperature. I decided to use the same blend of cheeses from my Lobster Mac and Cheese. (Vermont Sharp White Cheddar, La Gruyere, and Mild Cheddar) I baked the pizza at 500 degrees for about 10 minutes. Instead of using Garten's arugula salad I used my favorite Honey Lime Vinaigrette for the pizza topping. See picture!!

Honey Lime Vinaigrette (Adapted from Disney's Ohana)

¼cup + 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

¼cup + 2 tablespoons lime juice

¼cup diced white onion

½cup + 2 tablespoons honey

1tsp dry mustard

1tsp salt

1cup canola oil

Place first 3 ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth. Add dry mustard and honey and pulse until well combined. With the food processor running, slowly drizzle in canola oil until well blended.
